Description
The backwash flows into tidal pools and eventually finds its way back to the ocean. This exciting scene had it all. As a work of art, your eye is moved around the painting by the foam of the white waves. The center of interest, seeing the blue-green light through the breaking wave, is repeated by the blue-green algae of the tidal pool. The warm underpainting windows through to give the painting life.
