Luk is the second in my onion series during Covid. My newly inspired onion stew gave me plenty of subject matter including this interesting ?paper bag? like effect in the reflections. The russet skins, the creamy flesh of the onion with light shining on and through the skins provide wonderful contrast. How important this basic vegetable is to the world?s cuisine!
