My kitchen in Grantham, New Hampshire.
This work was inspired by the unusual color of persimmons and their silver leaves. The mood is Early American, rich, warm elegance of the china plate and copper pot with candlestick.
There is a simplicity to the composition and unusual color combinations. The copper pot has a great patina and interesting reflected distortions.
