    Description

I snowshoed in to this winter landscape because it was the only way to get there. At 10 below zero I took a few shots and was glad to get back to the woodstove. The 40:1 ratio of sap to sugar makes maple sugaring a labor of love and the price dear. But it remains the most nutritious sweetner except for honey.

All prints are gallery-wrapped with a 1-inch medium-grey gallery wrap with hook and wire, ready to hang. Please call or email us to custom-order a different thickness or color.
